Project: Upgrading and expanding Kim - Phuong - Xuan - Khanh road, Hoang Hoa district.
- Objective: Build infrastructure to promote economic development of urban areas, act as a driving force for economic development in the delta, rural transport in Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam, improve environmental quality and minimize the impact of climate change on people, realizing the goal of hunger eradication and poverty reduction for the people. This project is invested by the Construction Project Management Board of Hoang Hoa district.
- Project implementation: Organizing construction site premises, construction equipment, and warehouses for gathering materials and waste, arranging entrance gates, barriers, signs, water supply, drainage, traffic, and communication lost during construction.
- Budget: 11,355 million VND.
- Time period: (from March 2013 to March 2015).
- Role: Project executive director.
Achievements: The construction of the project connecting National Highway 1A with National Highway 45 was identified as an important project of the province, playing the role of connecting traffic between lowland districts and mountainous areas, connecting to the highway. North - South East, section through the province. The project has a total length of 14.6km, level 3 plain road scale, including 2 lanes for motor vehicles and 2 lanes for rudimentary vehicles, divided into 3 sub-projects, the Hoang Hoa side alone is 5.25 km long. The implemented large transportation project not only contributes to improving the transportation infrastructure of Hoang Hoa district but also opens up the ability to connect with the outside, thereby creating favorable conditions for the district to attract investment and expand. Expand urban planning, striving to complete the goal of becoming a third-class urban area in the near future. Meets transportation needs, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality in particular and the province in general. The connection between areas in the district and between Hoang Hoa and neighboring localities; expands the space for socio-economic development and urban development; Turning previously difficult and disadvantaged areas into areas with many advantages in attracting investment. The project is a lever, contributing to promoting the outstanding economic development of marine eco-tourism for the locality as well as for the entire Northeast region of the province.
