Infrastructure of resettlement area and land fund exploitation in Hien Thu village - Phu Minh village, Dong Hoa commune, Dong Son district serving land clearance of North-South highway (Section Mai Son - National Highway 45).

- Objective: Improve infrastructure to promote economic development of urban areas, act as a driving force for economic development in the western region of Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, improve the quality of the living environment and minimize impacts of climate change to the people, realizing the goal of hunger eradication and poverty reduction for the people. Investing in the construction of new residential areas with the main function of being resettlement areas as a basis for implementing investment according to planning to serve clearance of North-South Expressway (Section Mai Son- National Highway 45). This project is invested by Dong Son District Construction Investment Project Management Board.

- Project implementation: Organizing construction site premises, construction equipment, warehouses for gathering materials and waste, arranging entrance gates, barriers, signs, water supply, drainage, traffic, and communication lost during construction - Budget: 6,534 million VND.

- Time period: (from November 2019 to March 2020).  

- Role: Project executive director.

Achievements: Building investment, developing infrastructure, gradually improving infrastructure, creating a basic foundation to promote socio-economic development. Thanks to that, the infrastructure system in the district has been increasingly invested in a synchronous, modern, and effective manner. Recently, Dong Son District has mobilized capital sources, such as: Funding sources to balance local budgets; The National Target Program on building new rural areas, integrated with other programs and the people's contributions, focuses on investing in building increasingly synchronous infrastructure. In particular, the district has prioritized investment in fields such as: Transportation, irrigation; grid; and rural infrastructure; Invest in communes to complete the National Target Program on building new rural areas; Aiming to build advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas. Thanks to that, the entire district's infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, schools, medical stations, and cultural houses are built spaciously. , extend; The medical network is solidly invested, ensuring to serve the medical examination and treatment needs of the people; Cultural buildings have been upgraded and renovated to meet entertainment needs, creating great solidarity among the people.
