Mövenpick 5* Hotel upgrading and renovation

Objectives: Mövenpick Hotel at 83A Ly Thuong Kiet Str., Hanoi, 4-star, is the only hotel in Vietnam that has won the title of "Luxury boutique hotel for business travelers" granted by the World Luxury Hotel Awards. The owner decided to upgrade it into a 5-star hotel.

Project component: The hotel consists of a 12-story guest room building and a 4-story podium at the back.  154 guest rooms will be upgraded with bathrooms of higher standards, the ID will be renovated with a new style of décor and luxury materials. The podium at the back is also renovated to add a swimming pool and other new facilities to meet the new 5-star standard.

Budget: VND 180 billion

Duration: 1 year (from 10/2021 to 10/2022).

Role: Project Director.

Achievement: Mövenpick Hanoi Hotel, 4-star, was founded in 1997 when there were only a few hotels in Hanoi satisfying international standards.  This is also the only hotel in Vietnam to receive the noble title of "Luxury boutique hotel for business travelers" awarded by the World Luxury Hotel Awards in 2013. The hotel is the first choice of businessmen and tourists when they come to Hanoi for work or vacation. Mövenpick Hanoi has a total of 154 luxurious and comfortable rooms designed with an opulent and splendid style that will ensure a high-quality experience for customers. In addition, the modern and high-class equipment considerably satisfies the overall needs of visitors.  After a long time of operation, the investor wanted to renovate and upgrade the hotel to improve the quality of international 5* hotel-room standards.

16. Dự án Imperial Sky Garden

Objectives: Imperia Sky Garden is a complex of high-class apartments, serviced apartments, and commercial shophouses invested and built at 423 Minh Khai Street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.

Imperia Sky Garden is located in the area ​​with a total construction density of 55,485m2. The body of the project accounts for 35%, the rest is for the design of common utility space.

Block A consists of 4 Ruby buildings including Ruby 1, Ruby 2, Ruby 3, and Ruby 4 which are high-class apartments.

Block B consists of 5 apartment buildings including: 4 Sapphire buildings and 01 Diamond building.

Block C includes a commercial center - offices and public services (5 floors high)

Block D includes international schools with levels from elementary to high school. 2 basements with an area of 173,546m2 serve as the parking lot with a capacity of 5,000 car

Budget: Non-published. Invested by Terra Gold Vietnam. Developed by MIK group.

Time period: 2,5 years (from 05/2016 to 11/2018).

Achievement: The Imperia Sky Garden project is located at 423 Minh Khai, an extremely advantageous location - Near the major special economic zones in Hanoi.  

The project was invested by Terra Gold Vietnam and designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architect (Austria).  It was combined with full facilities to serve residents' life according to the best standards.

Total project land area: 31,014.8 m2; Building density: 35%

Construction land area: 10,842.6 m2; Construction area of high-rise housing: 27,924 m2; Construction area of school, kindergarten: 2,955 m2. 

Green area and technical infrastructure: 17,028.7m2.

Total number of floating floors: 27 floors, 15 elevators/floor.

Number of basements: 03 floors, area 43,416 m2.

Total number of apartments: 1866 apartments.

Sports, and internal walkways combined with water surface space surround the area, bringing beautiful scenery, in harmony with high ecological aesthetics, creating a healthy and sustainable environment for the entire community. It also brings the genuine experience of a modern comfortable life. In addition, the central area of ​​the Block is planned into a square center with a wide view, convenient for organizing large-scale outdoor events. These blocks are connected with each other by green patches of gardens, trees, lakes, internal roads, and walking paths. Besides, these blocks also have multi-purpose sports courts.
