Objectives: A complex of commercial and entertainment centers, 5-star hotels, and offices for rent will be built on the area of more than 15,000 m2 of the once famous Cho Sat market Haiphong City.

Project component: The new project has a scale of 40 floating floors and 2 basements, the building height is 146 m. The total investment of the project is more than 6,000 billion VND. The complex of commercial and entertainment centers, 5-star hotels, and offices for rent will help the face of urban architecture be embellished and synchronized with technical infrastructure in the Haiphong urban area, creating an urban landscape in accordance with the orientation of city development planning for 2030 and vision to 2050.

Budget: VND 6000 billion (USD 260 million). Invested by TNG Holdings.

Time period: 3 years (from 11/2021 to 12/2024).

Role: Project Manager.

Achievements: Cho Sat Market is a familiar place of Haiphong people, built in the 19th century, under the French colonial period. The market is located in a prime location, close to the Tam Bac River, near the central streets of Haiphong city. This used to be a busy trading area of ​​the Northern Delta region, over time, this area is now degraded, needing a change to suit the general development of the city.

The building concept is designed by HBA, an international architect. The remaining designed works are in charge by CCU.  When completed, the complex will solve the lack of entertainment venues, commercial centers, world-class shopping areas, exhibition areas, and conferences and will create a continuum of contributions to promoting the development of tourism and other services. This 5-star complex will become the symbol of the new era of dynamic and prosperous Haiphong.
