Developing and ensuring the safety of the dyke system is a condition for sustainable socio-economic development and poverty reduction while building a Park along the Ma River contributes to promoting the development of tourism in Thanh Hoa province. This project is invested by Thanh Hoa Department of Dykes and Flood and Storm Prevention. - Project implementation: Organizing construction site premises, construction equipment, warehouses for gathering materials and waste, arranging entrance gates, barriers, signs, water supply, drainage, traffic, and communication lost during construction.

Achievements: The Ma River right dyke project has a length of more than 1,025m, an area: of 41,986m2, located right at the foot of Ham Rong Bridge, the project is quite close to surrounding residential areas. The dyke system plays a particularly important role, being a strong stronghold against natural disasters, floods, and storms, protecting the lives and property of the State and people. In addition, the project is also located on a land with great historical and cultural traditions of the country and Thanh Hoa city, which is Ham Rong Bridge. In addition to the benefits of preventing natural disasters, the project also contributes to improving the landscape, creating a good living environment, and creating a synchronous urban landscape fund to serve the needs and common benefits of society. Develop tourist attractions to visit famous relics of Thanh Hoa province such as Ham Rong Bridge, Ham Rong Mountain, and Co Bo Temple and travel on Ma River by yacht.
